Scott leads Epoch’s relationship management team. Prior to joining Epoch in 2017, Scott was the Chief Executive Officer of ICAP, where he set business strategy, made key operating decisions, and chaired the firm’s Senior Leadership Committee. Before he joined ICAP, Scott served as a Managing Director for Merrill Lynch and was responsible for advising large institutional asset managers in a broad range of global equity products. Earlier in his career Scott also held positions at Drexel Burnham and Oppenheimer. He earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
