David is Managing Director, Managing Attorney and Chief Compliance Officer for Epoch Investment Partners.
Prior to joining Epoch in 2010, David was the general counsel and chief compliance officer at two hedge funds, Valhalla Capital and JL Advisors. Previously, he served as Chief Compliance Officer for alternative asset management firm, J.H Whitney, LLC and SAC Capital Advisors, LLC. His additional experience includes working in the legal and compliance departments at JP Morgan and Salomon Smith Barney as well as working for the SEC in the Enforcement Division. David holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
